At Curiokids™, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return policy.


Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if the product is damaged or defective.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent in error.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
